Skilled Nursing

Our 107-bed skilled nursing care facility offers 24-hour, quality care in a homelike atmosphere. We are a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, full service nursing center, offering a complete restorative therapy program. We offer infusion therapy, enteral (tube) feeding, wound care, Alzheimer’s care and hospice care, when needed. Residents have access to dental, podiatry and ophthalmology services, available by appointment. Lab and mobile x-ray services are also at hand.

A resource for both residents and families, our Social Services Department works with the resident and family to facilitate a smooth transition into the facility. The social services staff is also available on an ongoing basis and helps with Medicaid applications, hospice or Medicare information. Other health insurance is accepted. The staff also arranges home care services for discharged residents. Respite care is available as a support for caregivers.
